One of the favorite Easter traditions for children and adults alike has always been decorating Easter Eggs. Some folks like to decorate their eggs by dyeing them in bright, festive, spring colors while others prefer to test their inner artist by creating a hand-painted masterpiece. This Easter, why not put a spin on the traditional egg decorating by using a Waddles Milk Chocolate Egg? Not only will you have fun decorating and eating the outside of your Easter Egg, inside the shell sits a surprise marshmallow ducky waiting to be discovered! Before you begin, there are a few things that you will need…
1. WADDLES MILK CHOCOLATE EGGS
A chocolate canvas of perf-egg-tion!
2. THE “GLUE”
We suggest your favorite icing flavor or if you are feeling really egg-venturous use peanut butter!
3. THE D-EGG-COR
Use your favorite candies to decorate your Waddles Milk Chocolate Egg.
Our favorites: Candy Buttons, Sprinkles, mini M &M’s, and mini Chocolate Chip Morsels… the possibilities are endless!
4. AN EGG-STRAORDINARY HOLDER
D-egg-corating your eggs can be tricky if you don’t have something to hold your creation. We find that miniature cupcake liners do the job!
Now you are ready to d-egg-corate until your heart is content! The hardest part is trying not to eat your materials :). Check out what the finished product looks like! This activity is great for the classroom, a spring day at home, or just because! HAPPY D-EGG-CORATING!
How did you decorate your Waddles Egg? Please send us photos of your decorated eggs so that we may showcase the many different ways to decorate a Waddles Milk Chocolate Egg.
I LOVE THIS!!!! I will only be decorating Waddles Chocolate Eggs this Easter!
What about using the patterned fondant sheets found in the bakery section of stores? Like the zebra print?
